November 2, 2025 4:41 a.m.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the Marketplace parking lot for numerous violations. It was determined the four occupants in the vehicle all had outstanding warrants for their arrest. The four occupants, James Webb (57) of Hamilton, NJ, Niasia Davis (39) of Trenton, NJ, Terell Smith (41) of Trenton, NJ and Tayarisha Stephens (28) of Ewing, NJ, were all placed under arrest for their warrants and were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis and Smith were both charged with fugitive from justice charges for outstanding warrants from another state. They were all processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.

Police were dispatched to a local residence on the report of a domestic dispute. After conducting their investigation, a 22-year-old male was arrested for contempt of a domestic violence restraining order. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.

Police were dispatched to a residential neighborhood on the report of a male going door to door soliciting for a company. The male, Frank Rodriguez (31) of Paterson, NJ was located and issued a borough ordinance summons for soliciting without a permit.

Police were contacted by the North Brunswick Police Department to serve an active domestic violence warrant. Police located the wanted 47-year-old male and placed him under arrest. He was turned over to the North Brunswick Police Department for processing.
November 8, 2025
Police responded to a local residence for a report of a domestic dispute. After investigating the incident, police arrested a 45-year-old male for domestic violence simple assault as well as criminal mischief. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 10, 2025 2:37 a.m.
Patrol was dispatched to a local residence on the report of an unwanted female. Police made contact with the female who initially was cooperative with police. After being driven back to her residence, the female began to yell in the middle of the street and pulled a crack pipe out her pocket. Police then arrested the female, Maria Valentin (45) of Manville, NJ, for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was served with her copy of the summons and released with a future court date.

Police responded to a local residence on the report of a domestic dispute. After investigating the incident, police charged a 22-year-old male for domestic violence criminal mischief. He was entered into the national database as a wanted person and later arrested by another police jurisdiction.
November 12, 2025 1:49 a.m.
While on routine patrol, police observed a vehicle stopped in the roadway for no apparent reason. The officer conducted a welfare check on the driver who was sleeping in his car. When the male woke up, he had signs of impairment form alcohol, and the officer subsequently administered standard field sobriety tests. It was determined the driver, Jairo Carranza-Villamar (37) of Peapack-Gladstone, NJ, was under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently placed under arrest, processed and turned over to a responsible party.

Police arrested Gary Thuesday Jr. (37) of Aberdeen, NJ for an outstanding warrant. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 16, 2025
Police responded to a local residence on the report of a domestic dispute. Police spoke to the victim who advised that her ex-girlfriend assaulted her and left the scene. Police charged the 28-year-old ex-girlfriend and entered her into the national database as a wanted person. She was arrested two days later and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 17, 2025 1:12 p.m.
Police arrested Marco Marroquin (39) of New Brunswick, NJ, for a Manville warrant. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 21, 2025 11:55 p.m.
Police attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop for traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop after police activated their emergency lights and sirens and fled from police erratically. After an investigation, police identified the driver as Paul Basta (27) of Manville, NJ. He was later located, arrested, processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 25, 2025 4:27 p.m.
Police arrested John Harris (61) of Branchburg, NJ for an active Manville warrant. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 26, 2025 11:34 a.m.
Police arrested Bryan Groves (39) of Manville, NJ for an active Manville warrant. He was processed and released on his own recognizance with a future court date.

Patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for traffic violations. It was determined a passenger in the vehicle, Devon Marshall (33) of Cranbury, NJ, had an active warrant for his arrest. He was arrested, processed and released on his own recognizance with a future court date.
November 28, 2025 4:22 p.m.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for numerous traffic violations. It was determined the driver, David Prado-Taco (29) of Plainfield, NJ, was under the influence while driving. He was subsequently placed under arrest, processed and turned over to a responsible party.

Police were dispatched to a local residence on the report of a domestic dispute. After investigating the incident, police arrested a 27-year-old male for aggravated assault as well as resisting arrest. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
November 29, 2025 6:50 a.m.
Police responded to a local residence on the report of a stolen motor vehicle. Patrol spoke with the victim who advised that his vehicle was stolen approximately twenty minutes earlier. Police also observed signs of motor vehicle burglaries in the area. The vehicle was entered into the national database for stolen vehicles. Vehicle was located and recovered.

Police were dispatched to a local residence on the report of a domestic dispute. After investigating the incident, police arrested a 45-year-old male for contempt of a domestic violence restraining order. He was processed and transported to Somerset County Jail.
