Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for numerous traffic violations. It was determined that the driver, Manuel Aviles-Quinones (30) of Manville, NJ, had an active warrant for his arrest. He was arrested, processed, and transported to the Somerset County Jail.
March 10, 2026 11:19 p.m.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on the report of a stolen motor vehicle. During their investigation, it was determined that the driver, Anthony Salguero (21), of Allentown, PA, sold the vehicle to the victim through Facebook Marketplace and then stole it from the victim’s residence. Salguero was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. He was then processed and transported to the Somerset County Jail.

Police arrested Johann Mejiaarboleda (33) of Elizabeth, NJ, for an active Manville warrant. He was processed and released on his own recognizance with a new court date.
March 13, 2026 3:19 p.m.
A male responded to police headquarters and reported that he was the victim of a social security scam with a monetary loss of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00). This incident is actively being investigated.
March 13, 2026 4:15 p.m.
Police arrested James Peirano (79) of Forked River, NJ, for an active Manville warrant. He was processed and released on his own recognizance with a new court date.
March 14, 2026 2:35 p.m.
Police responded to a local residence on the report of a broken glass window. After investigating the incident police arrested Nicole Vaughan (35) of Somerville, NJ, for criminal mischief. She was processed and released on her own recognizance with a future court date.
March 18, 2026 10:43 p.m.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for numerous traffic violations. It was determined that the driver, John Abner (33), of Manville, NJ, had an active warrant for his arrest. He was then placed under arrest, processed, and released on his own recognizance with a future court date.
March 20, 2026 1:00 a.m.
Police responded to a residential neighborhood on the report of a suspicious male screaming. After conducting their investigation, police arrested Kenyon West (50) of Manville, NJ, for an active outstanding warrant. He was arrested, processed, and released on his own recognizance with a future court date.
March 24, 2026 1:15 p.m.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for numerous traffic violations. It was determined that the driver, Francheska Landrau (35), of Manville, NJ, had an active warrant for her arrest. She was then placed under arrest, processed, and released on her own recognizance with a future court date.
March 25, 2026 10:54 a.m.
Police conducted a pedestrian stop on Thomas Grigal (43), of Manville, NJ. It was determined that he had multiple active warrants and was subsequently placed under arrest. He was then processed and released on his own recognizance with a future court date.

Police arrested Edward Iannacone (61), of Basking Ridge, NJ, for an outstanding Manville warrant. He was processed and transported to the Somerset County Jail.
March 28, 2026 12:43 p.m.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for numerous traffic violations for a male operating a bicycle. It was determined that the operator, Zachary McCray (40), of Hillsborough, NJ, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the investigation it was also discovered that Mr. McCray had drug paraphernalia in his possession. He was subsequently arrested, processed, and transported to the Somerset County Jail.
March 31, 2026 3:25 a.m.
Police arrested Rebecca Cadet (27) of Newark, NJ, for an outstanding Manville warrant. She was processed and released on her own recognizance with a future court date.
