Police stopped and arrested Anthony Burgos (35) of East Brunswick on an outstanding fugitive warrant. Burgos was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

Patrol responded to a borough address on the report of a domestic violence assault.  Patrol arrested a 30-year-old male for assault. He was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

Police responded to a borough residence on the report of a domestic violence assault.  Patrol arrested a 26-year-old male for assault. He was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

November 4, 2023, 4:43 a.m.

Patrol conducted a vehicle check and arrested a 34-year-old female on an outstanding warrant.  She was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

Police arrested Dorafay Kroom (21) of New Brunswick on an outstanding warrant.  She was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

Patrol responded to a borough residence on the report of a domestic violence dispute.  Patrol arrested a 33-year-old female for criminal mischief. She was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

Police responded to numerous complaints and arrested Charles Dubois (42) of Manville for disorderly conduct.  He was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

Patrol responded to a borough residence on the report of a domestic violence incident. Patrol arrested a 61-year-old male for assault.  He was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

November 8, 2023, 12:08 p.m.

Police responded to a borough residence on the report of a motor vehicle burglary.  Police have gathered evidence and a suspect has been developed.  The investigation is ongoing and criminal charges are pending.

November 8, 2023, 1:35 p.m.

Patrol arrested Amanda Krehl (33) of Manville on an outstanding warrant.  She was able to post full bail and was released from police custody with a new court date.

November 9, 2023

Police were dispatched to a borough address on the report of a domestic violence dispute.  Police arrested a 30-year-old male for contempt of court.  The male was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

November 11, 2023, 4:45 p.m.

Patrol responded to a borough residence on a theft report.  The victim advised two high-end bicycles were taken from his property.  The investigation is ongoing.

November 13, 2023, 2:18 a.m.

Police conducted a motor vehicle check and arrested Christos Metaxas (46) of Manville for possession of CDS.  Metaxas was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

November 15, 2023, 11:20 p.m.

Patrol arrested Buh Meh-Chu (34) of Somerville on an outstanding warrant.  Meh-Chu was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

Police arrested Gary Thuesday (35) of Aberdeen on an outstanding warrant.  Thuesday was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

Patrol responded to a borough residence on the report of a domestic violence dispute.  Patrol arrested a 32-year-old female for assault.  She was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

November 19, 2023, 9:52 a.m.

Police were dispatched to a borough address on the report of a theft in progress.  Police located and arrested Alexa Farenga (35) of Raritan for theft.  She was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

November 20, 2023, 2:25 p.m.

Patrol was dispatched to a residence on the report of a stolen package. Patrol was able to obtain video surveillance and identify the actor. Later in the day, Patrol arrested Alexa Farenga (35) of Raritan for theft. She was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

November 24, 2023, 9:11 a.m.

Police were dispatched to Walmart on the report of a theft.  The victim reported a large sum on cash was stolen from her person.  Surveillance video has been obtained and the investigation is ongoing.

November 24, 2023, 5:51 p.m.

Patrol arrested Piotr Karczewski (47) of Manville for D.W.I.  He was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

November 24, 2023, 11:20 p.m.

Police responded to a local bar for a reported assault.  After conducting an investigation, Police charged a 47-year-old male for aggravated assault.

November 26, 2023, 12:31 p.m.

Patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Juan Peral-Carino (24) of Manville for two outstanding warrants.  Peral-Carino was able to post full bail for the warrants and was released from police custody with a new court date.

November 26, 2023 at 7:28 PM:

Police responded to South Main Street and West Camplain Road for a reported pedestrian struck by a car.  The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

November 28, 2023, 12:11 p.m.

Patrol responded to a borough address on the report of a bad check case.  The investigation is ongoing and criminal charges are pending.

November 28, 2023, 9:27 p.m.

Manville Detectives initiated an investigation into firearms and illicit drug crimes.  As a result of the investigation, a stolen handgun was seized along with a quantity of cocaine.  A 66-year-old Manville resident and a 41-year-old Somerset resident were charged with felony firearms and narcotics charges.  Both were lodged in the Somerset County Jail without bail.
