Temporary Handicapped Application Placard permits can be picked up Police Headquarters or clicking on the link below.

The application must then be completed and signed by your physician and returned to Police Headquarters, with a $4.00 check payable to : NJ Motor Vehicle Commission.

CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED

Temporary Handicapped placards are good for 6 months and can be renewed once for an additional 6 months.

Permanent Handicapped Placards are provided by NJ Motor Vehicle Commission.
