Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Michael Atkins (41) Piscataway, NJ on an outstanding warrant. Atkins was able to post the full bail amount and was released from police custody with a new court date.

Patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Carlos Ramos-Cabellero (31) of Maryland for D.W.I. He was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

Police responded to numerous motor vehicle burglaries from the previous night involving unlocked cars. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Patrol arrested Suquana Allen (43) of Manville on an outstanding warrant. She was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

February 5, 2024, 9:56 p.m.

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Heather Young (22) of Piscataway for D.W.I. She was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

February 6, 2024, 9:29 a.m.

Patrol arrested Amir Thompson (23) of Manville on an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

February 6, 2024, 1:57 p.m.

Police responded to a Borough address on the report of an open door to a residence. It was determined an unknown actor burglarized the residence through an unlocked window. The investigation is ongoing.

February 6, 2024, 4:06 p.m.

Patrol arrested Gustavo Gonzalez (25) of Somerset on an outstanding warrant. He was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

February 8, 2024, 11:01 a.m.

Police arrested Kevoy Brooks (30) of Manville on an outstanding warrant. Brooks was able to post the full bail amount and was released from police custody with a new court date.

February 9, 2024, 1:17 p.m.

Patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Tyshawn Jones (26) of Bound Brook on an outstanding felony warrant. Jones was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Junior Suriel-Gonzalez (37) of Manville for D.W.I. He was also charged with assault and resisting arrest. Suriel-Gonzalez was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

February 12, 2024:

Patrol responded to a Borough residence and arrested a 34-year-old female for domestic violence simple assault. She was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

Police arrested Tawanna Isaac (53) of New Brunswick on an outstanding warrant. Isaac was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

Patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Theodore Boyd (61) of Somerville on an outstanding warrant. Boyd was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

Patrol arrested Claudia Cox (48) of Manahawkin on an outstanding warrant. Cox was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.

February 19, 2024:

Police responded to a Borough address on the report of a domestic violence incident. During the investigation police charged a 30-year-old male with contempt of court.

Manville Detectives arrested Darrick Daughtry (47) of Hillsborough after an ongoing aggravated assault investigation. Daughtry was processed and lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

February 21, 2024, 8:44 a.m.

Patrol responded to a borough address on the report of a gift card scam. It was determined that an unknown actor was able to obtain $1,200 worth of gift cards from the victim through email. The investigation is ongoing.

February 23, 2024, 8:31 p.m.

Police responded to a Borough address on the report of a burglary. Police and Detectives discovered a broken window to the residence and numerous items stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

February 24, 2024, 1:23 a.m.

Patrol conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested James Owens (41) of Somerville on numerous outstanding warrants. Owens was processed and later lodged in the Somerset County Jail.

February 24, 2024 at 3:25 a.m.

Police interrupted a suspect vehicle involved in numerous catalytic converter thefts. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, which fled at a high rate of speed out of town. The investigation is ongoing.

Patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested Jerry Michalak (35) of Manville for D.W.I. He was processed and released from police custody with a court date.

February 25, 2024, 12:08 a.m.

Police arrested John Harms (53) of Somerville on an outstanding warrant. Harms was processed and released from police custody with a new court date.
