Patrol Division
The Patrol Division is the "uniformed” Division of the Police Department. It is made up of nineteen sworn Officers.
Sergeant Nick Franzoso, who has been serving the Borough of Manville since 2005, is the Patrol Division Commander. He is responsible for overseeing the entire Division.
Officers assigned to the Patrol Division are the most visible in the Department and are usually the first responders to emergency complaints. The Patrol Division is available twenty-four hours a day and three hundred sixty-five days a year. They are staffed and equipped to handle all emergency complaints as well as calls for service.

NJ State Law requires Police Officers to have body worn cameras. Manville Patrol Officers now have body cameras and will be recording all official contacts with the public.
